How to have flawless skin in 7 days?
1. First, you have to determine your skin type.
2. Choose the right cleanser for your skin. Cleansing is essential to flawless skin. Use a cleanser every morning and every night faithfully. Do not ever go to bed without taking your makeup off and cleansing.
3. Never go in the sun without your sunscreen. Buy an SPF 15+ sunscreen for daily use.
4. Use your face wash everyday but scrub every week; you do not want to be harsh on your skin.
5. Drink enough water. Eight glasses of water a day should be enough. Stay away from coffee and regular tea, replace them with herbal or green tea.
6. Have a balanced diet; always remember your food pyramid. Eat about 5 servings of vegetables and 3 servings of fruits daily. Avoid red meat and greasy food.
7. Exercise regularly. Exercising gets your blood flowing and will make you look younger. If you've never exercised, it's never too late to start!

Your Food Pyramid
The Pyramid calls for eating a variety of foods to get the nutrients you need and at the same time the right amount of calories to maintain healthy weight.
Use the Pyramid to help you eat better every day.
Start with plenty of breads, cereals, rice, pasta, vegetables, and fruits. Add 2-3 servings from the milk group and 2-3 servings from the meat group. Remember to go easy on fats, oils, and sweets, the foods in the small tip of the Pyramid.
Be sure to eat the right number of servings from the five major food groups listed below. You need them for the vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, and protein they provide.
1. Milk, Yogurt, and Cheese
2. Meat, Poultry, Fish, Dry Beans, Eggs, and Nuts
3. Vegetable
4. Fruit
5. Bread, Cereal, Rice, and Pasta

Skin Type
How to determine your skin type?
Determining your skin type is the most important step in knowing how to treat your skin, what products to use, and what routine you should follow.
To determine your skin type do the following:
1. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser, pat dry.
2. Wait an hour until your skin return to its natural state.
3. Dab your face with a tissue; pay some extra attention to your T-zone.
4. Determine your skin type :
- Normal skin shows neither oil nor flaking skin. It should feel supple and smooth. If you have it, consider yourself lucky =).
- Oily skin is characterized by the grease on the tissue. It is also common for a person with oily skin to have large pores and a shine.
- Dry skin may feel taut or show flakes of dead skin. It is associated with small pores. Moisturizing is important for this skin type.
- Combination skin is most common. It exhibits traits of all three of the above skin types. Usually, the skin is oily in the T-zone and normal to dry elsewhere.
